It takes 3-5 weeks to have your CTO (customized laptop) delivered to you

• If you need to ship the device outside EU, we advice to use as shipment address the location you have in Danmark and then re-ship it by yourself contacting directly the carrier.

• Once you send the request, you will be contacted for the final approval and be notified about price.

• It is not possible to cancel the CTO orders once are approved from your side and submitted.

• CTO Lenovo laptop : do you have already a cto bid pre-approved? Specify it in the request even if you don't know the BID contract number
